.tiptooltip is absolutely positioned and was cut off by the tablewrapper's
overflow-x: auto. Use a nativetitletooltip instead, which thebrowser renders outside any scroll container.
Tooltipcomponent that renders in the browsertop layer via the Popover API, so it is never clipped by an ancestor's
overflow(the problem that cut off the status-code explanation inside thescrollable breakdown table). It is anchored to its trigger with CSS anchor
positioning, keyboard-focusable and described via
aria-describedby, uses anSSR-safe id, and falls back to a native
titletooltip when the Popover API isunavailable. The status-code breakdown now uses this component.
