Summary

• fixes the stale-token login loop that occurred after an API 401 response
• validates that the authenticated user still exists before creating a category
• clears malformed or expired JWTs and redirects unauthorized users to sign in
• translates all user-facing Angular and ASP.NET Core text to English
• removes RTL layout rules, the Persian font setup, and the fa-IR date format
• updates the README and HTTP request examples in English

Privacy and behavior

Public profiles still expose only the username. Email addresses and other private profile details remain hidden, and notes remain isolated per user.
