Start exploring

PHP with PDO MySQL, a locally provisioned database schema, and the export libraries referenced by the PHP files. The original database and private deployment assets are absent.

# Configure DB_HOST, DB_NAME, DB_USER and DB_PASSWORD in your PHP environment.
# Review the schema/export prerequisites before starting a local server.

Scope and current limits

This is a legacy source edition, not a complete or hardened deployment. No customer database/schema dump, uploaded PDFs, logos, proprietary fonts, live email address or deployment credentials are shipped. Database/mail settings now use environment variables. Authorization, CSRF, queries, recovery flows and dependencies need review before any public-facing deployment.

This compact public edition excludes previous Git history, real environment files, customer material, generated outputs and installed dependencies. Existing source/license notices are retained where present; no additional application license grant is invented.
