ValueLens

Use it here: al3grus.github.io/Value-Lens

ValueLens tells you whether a US-listed company looks like a good investment at today's price, using Benjamin Graham's and Warren Buffett's rules, and explains why in plain English.

How to use it

  1. Open the website and enter your name and e-mail. The SEC, which publishes the company filings, asks for them. They are never stored.
  2. Type a ticker, such as MSFT, and press CHECK, then RUN ANALYSIS.
  3. Read the simple report, or switch to DETAILED for every number.

No account, no sign-up and nothing to install: it runs in your browser. A Cloudflare check confirms you are a person; most visitors never see it.

What you get

  • A verdict from strong buy to strong sell, with how confident it is
  • What a share is worth, compared with today's price
  • Scores for business quality, financial strength, research-backed signals and price
  • The company's strengths and concerns
  • In the detailed view: Graham's and Buffett's checklists, financial-health scores and the price trend

Where the data comes from

Company filings from the SEC (EDGAR), prices from Yahoo Finance and interest rates from FRED. It works for companies that file with the SEC.
