Docs: sync the API and webhook specs with the release, and the SDK versions - #43

…rsions openapi.yaml and webhooks.yaml are copied from the release, so the API reference and the webhook event pages show the new endpoints, fields and event data. The changelog names the Go SDK v0.5.0 and Node.js SDK 0.5.0.
