Indexer env now matches the contracts manifest for the redeployed deployer, veto, and fixed-controller factory. The deploy writer records those fields on the next run.

Records the contract addresses and Render configuration produced while deploying
01f877e8a64771523c88ba5b5c74c18febdfa5ac. After this PR reaches master through the normal release flow, the UI workflow will publish bundles built with these addresses.
