Adds a short FAQ entry stating what ActivityWatch asks for on macOS.
aw-watcher-window(window titles) — verified inmacos.swift/macos_permissions.py; there are no Screen Recording or Full Disk Access calls in the watcher.aw-import-screentimeimporter is the only piece that needs Full Disk Access.Timely because Apple's 2026-10-02 developer notice (https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=p6zjojqw) says Full Disk Access will require "very explicit user action" in future macOS, so users will ask what we need. Docs-only; no code change.
