Implement LLDM0 ply damage model and docs - #144

Rename and clarify the LLDM0 constitutive model (Ladevèze–Le Dantec ply damage) across documentation and API docs, specifying 18 material props and 10 state variables. Rework the header docs (damage_LLD_0.hpp) to provide a clearer, self-contained description of damaged elasticity, effective-stress plasticity, damage driving forces, tangent structure and usage examples. Refactor and modernize the C++ implementation (damage_LLD_0.cpp): add modular helpers (damaged_elasticity, driving_force, fibre_frame), improve rotation handling into the fibre frame, introduce constants/penalty handling, reorganize inputs/initialization and prepare for tangent output. Add unit/integration tests: new Python test simcoon-python-builder/test/test_core/test_damage_lld0.py and C++ test test/Libraries/Umat/Tdamage_LLD_0.cpp, and update test CMakeLists. Overall this commit clarifies the model semantics, tightens the API, and adds tests to validate the implementation.
