Requirements

Installation

Option 1: Download Release

Download the latest .app from Releases.

Option 2: Build from Source

1. Clone the repository

   git clone https://github.com/2geik/NativeDown.git
   cd NativeDown

2. Fetch dependencies (yt-dlp, ffmpeg, ffprobe)

   ./fetch_libs.sh

3. Build the app bundle

   ./bundle.sh

4. Run the app

   open Output/NativeDown.app

   Or move Output/NativeDown.app to your Applications folder.

Usage

1. Click the menu bar icon (⬇️) to open the download window
2. Paste a video URL
3. Select format and quality
4. Click the download button

Right-click the menu bar icon to access Settings and Quit options.
