Links in the notes fell to the browser's default ring. The mark and sequence move from a 4px offset to 2px.

Every link and control now takes one
:focus-visiblering; links in the notes had fallen to the browser's default, and the mark and sequence move from a 4px offset to 2px.color-schemefollows the theme toggle and stays light in print: a Chrome run flips it both ways on a light and a dark system, and a Tab walk shows every stop on the same ring. Stylelint now rejectsoutlineoutside that rule, and a test pinscolor-scheme. Redundant font declarations, a dead:not(:disabled)and two stale comments go. No deploy: this rides with the next PR.
