Blocked-close notices consumed too much vertical space above file reviews. Align the message and Dismiss/Keep working action in one compact row, reduce padding, and wrap operation details within narrow windows.

Verification

• All 4 existing native close-protection checks passed.
• Native app previews verified pending/completed states at 1000 × 700 and 640 × 420, including action bounds, file-header placement and dismissal.
• The completed notice is 41 px high at normal width and wraps without clipping at minimum width.
• App type checks, workspace lint/formatting, and changeset status passed.
