Adds commit-message generation through installed Claude Code and Codex CLIs, using their existing login. ChatGPT combines CLI (default) and browser login in one provider, with provider-specific model and effort choices and executable overrides under Advanced.

Adds custom API accounts for OpenAI Chat Completions, OpenAI Responses, and Claude Messages. Users configure the base URL, model, effort, and auth headers; header values stay in the OS credential vault. Provider switching cancels in-flight discovery without an uncaught stdin cancellation error.

Validation:

  • Lint, formatting, TypeScript, build, and local ad hoc packaging passed.
  • AI component/unit and CLI process regression suites passed.
  • Packaged native UI: 60 rapid provider switches; real Claude Code and Codex generation; API header controls and model/effort inputs.
  • Eight HTTP integration checks passed against a local Postman simulation, including anonymous/authenticated requests, sanitized errors, and blocked redirects. A live custom API endpoint was not available.

Broader app verification has 13 outstanding failures, to be fixed separately: tab count, two old sync-call expectations, two old error labels, composer sizing, rail spacing, two keyboard-focus assertions, backup flush failure injection, dark sidebar vibrancy, native test-renderer exit, and Launch Services startup. Direct packaged startup/onboarding succeeds.

Includes a minor desktop changeset. Refs #2.
