From 89a5c93094a9f6b207096a799894e8edc7a20316 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: =?UTF-8?q?Valentin=20Breu=C3=9F?= Date: Fri, 30 Oct 2026 00:19:14 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] ci: disable the mutation tests Since the migration to TUnit, Stryker runs the tests through its runner for the Microsoft.Testing.Platform, which leaves mutants pending. The mutation dashboard rejects such reports, so every build on main has failed and a tag would not be published. Same as in aweXpect, the mutation tests stay disabled until Stryker fixes the runner. --- Pipeline/Build.MutationTests.cs | 4 +++- 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/Pipeline/Build.MutationTests.cs b/Pipeline/Build.MutationTests.cs index 35a250c6..8d60b969 100644 --- a/Pipeline/Build.MutationTests.cs +++ b/Pipeline/Build.MutationTests.cs @@ -26,7 +26,9 @@ namespace Build; partial class Build { - private static readonly bool DisableMutationTests = false; + // Stryker's runner for the Microsoft.Testing.Platform leaves mutants pending, so the mutation dashboard rejects the + // report and the build fails. + private static readonly bool DisableMutationTests = true; private const long MaxMutationReportSize = 100 * 1024 * 1024; Dictionary MutationTestProjects => new()
