Subject: [PATCH] fix(workflows): align stage action menu and full-width add
 button

Avoid horizontal overflow of the stage header action menu by keeping
the stage title and task count inline while pushing the menu trigger
to the trailing edge. Extend the dashed add-stage button to span the full
grid width so it neatly grounds the stages list when wrapped.
